FAQs
Everything you need to know—how to book, what to expect, choosing your therapist, safety and hygiene, payment options, rescheduling, and aftercare.
Is home massage legal in Dubai?
Yes—when performed by licensed companies and professional therapists available 24/7 at Home Spa. Any illegal or adult services are strictly prohibited and will be refused.
Can I book a massage to my hotel room or Airbnb?
Yes we provide massage at any hotel or airbnb in Dubai. We provide all massage services to apartment or villa.
Can I choose the therapist’s gender?
Yes we provide male and female both the therapist’s according to your requirement.
What massage types are most popular in Dubai?
Deep Tissue, Swedish, Thai, Sports, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage, and Prenatal (for eligible clients).
Do you offer Moroccan Bath at home?
Typically no. A proper Moroccan bath requires a wet-room setup, so it’s offered in spa facilities—not as a mobile service.
How do I book and how soon can I get a slot?
Message via WhatsApp/phone or book online with your location, date, time, and preferred service. Same-day bookings are possible subject to availability.
What are the usual session durations?
60, 90, or 120 minutes are standard. Couples’ sessions are available with two therapists.
What space do I need at home?
A clean, quiet area of about 2m x 3m is ideal. Therapists bring a portable table, linens, oils, and disposables.
What should I wear and how is modesty handled?
Wear comfortable clothes before/after. During the massage, professional draping is used at all times for privacy and modesty.
What if I have an injury or medical condition?
Inform us beforehand. Some conditions are contraindications (fever, contagious skin issues, recent surgery, certain cardiovascular issues). When in doubt, get medical clearance.
What are the prices, travel fees, and VAT?
Rates vary by duration, location, and therapist availability. Some areas may incur a travel fee. Prices typically exclude 5% VAT unless stated.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, card, or online payment are common. Ask to confirm accepted methods before the therapist is dispatched.
Is tipping expected in Dubai?
Optional but appreciated. Many clients tip 10–15% for great service.
What is your cancellation or lateness policy?
Free changes are usually allowed with sufficient notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. Delays caused by access/parking may reduce hands-on time.
Can I request a specific pressure or focus area?
Yes. Tell the therapist your goals (relaxation, knots, sports recovery) and preferred pressure. They will adjust during the session.
Any aftercare advice?
Hydrate well, avoid heavy meals and alcohol immediately after, and expect mild soreness for deep tissue work. Light stretching helps recovery.
Do you serve all areas of Dubai and Available 24/7 Home Service?
Most central areas are covered; some outskirts may have limited slots or travel fees. 24/7 massage service bookings are possible.
Is massage covered by insurance in the UAE?
Spa/home massage is usually not covered. Only medically prescribed therapy by licensed medical practitioners may be eligible under specific plans.
